Under the Police and Criminal Evidence ACT (PACE) 1984, all people under the age of 17years and those over 17years with mental health problem and learning difficulties must have an Appropriate Adult present when they are being questioned by the police.

We work in the Merseyside area and surrounding borough to provide this service.

The Service we provide is 24/7

U5 have experienced, trained staff who provide support, assistance and advice to those who are under arrest in local police stations.

The service has competetive charge rates which will be given at the time of the referral or enquiry.
